New limited Catalogue and „Jamais – Vu“ and the founding of Boo!Häme Publishing
About Boo!häme
I founded Boo!häme Verlag as a self-publishing company—out of a desire to respond to the unsettled circumstances of today’s world through print and written media. Because: “Those who write remain.” This also gave rise to the subtitle “The publishing house for art, revolution, and poetry,” as I want this publishing house to respond quickly and easily to the ideas of revolutionaries, poets, and artists in relation to current events – both in print and digitally, if things need to happen quickly.
However, my first publication is my own catalog, “Jamais-Vu,” which certainly took a lot of time to produce and also represents a very comprehensive overview of my artistic practice. I had to produce and summarize this behemoth at the beginning before the more entertaining and lighter publications could make their way onto the market.
When it comes to my art catalogs, I tend to focus on small, collectible editions—but more frequently and peppered with new ideas—because with each new work created in the studio, the previous catalog becomes a relic, so to speak. Of course, I would also like to publish other selected artistic positions, as well as political manifestos and pamphlets, poems, short stories, and anything that feels new for today.
I am happy to accept applications and submissions from female artists, revolutionaries, and poets in 2026 to bring the publishing house to life in the above-mentioned sense. If you already have ideas, please feel free to share them with me and discuss them.
In addition to the publishing house, there will also be a regular salon combining art with political discussion and live music performances. I will announce more about this in the coming year. I am looking forward to this project, which I hope will provide a haven for action and reflection for all those fish who train their heart muscles against the current.
