new purchase of the installation “jamais-vu” by the art museum stuttgart

I am very happy to announce the purchase of my work “Jamais-vu” by the collection of the Kunstmuseum Stuttgart. The work consists of 441 painted glass blocks and two “kneeling frames” that face and look at each other. A “Jamais-vu” is the opposite of a “Deja-vu”. The individual, partly missing fragments of the square glass blocks, which together form a complete picture, reinforce this loose moment of an eternally repeating encounter. The work will soon be on display in the museum in Stuttgart.
